CLASSES

Total Body Strength

With a focus on fundamental exercises, this class is for all levels of fitness! We'll use compound and isolation movements with various types of equipment to engage and strengthen every muscle, while also focusing on proper form and technique.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Tuesday: 6:30AM-7:15AM

Using high intensity circuits and intervals this class will make you sweat! With the combination of body weight, cardio, and weights this is the ultimate workout. Get this amazing full body work out and challenge yourself to improve! You should leave this class tired but fulfilled!

Vinyasa Yoga

In this class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance, and connect with our bodies. Stretch, breathe, and move to alleviate tightness in the body & stress in the mind. This class goes beyond the hustle and the muscle!

Spin & Sculpt

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you  tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout. A combination of Cycle and core work on and off the bike makes this class the perfect total body workout!

Line Dance

All levels are welcome, experience this fitness based line dancing class! This unique class teaches the steps, the movement, while having a great time and workout!
